Biography

Francheska Martinez, Esq. is an attorney with Hanna | Perez, PC where she represents people who have been injured in automobile accidents and fall down accidents. At Hanna | Perez, PC, Francheska continues to strongly advocate for her clients, and she is passionate about helping injured parties get back on their feet. In her leisure time, Francheska likes to travel and play basketball.

Education

Francheska graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Pre-Law Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

During law school, Francheska was the Executive Articles Editor of the Pace Law Forum and the Secretary of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Executive Board. During law school, she represented injured victims of domestic violence, in proceedings in Superior Court.
